Centrally located directly across the street from the Ashby BART station, this transit-rich, mixed-use community is close to shopping, schools, dining, and jobs. The project has 87 apartments - 18 studios, 21 one-bedrooms, 26 two-bedrooms, and 22 three-bedrooms - built as five stories of Type V construction over a Type I podium. The ground level holds community-serving commercial space, and the property includes a community room with a full kitchen, a landscaped courtyard, automobile and bike parking, on-site property management, and supportive services programming. Dawson Electric performed the installation of the Electrical, Fire Alarm, CCTV, and other low-voltage systems.

Crescent Grove

Crescent Grove is a 72-unit development on Ruby Street, just off of A Street in unincorporated Alameda County. The development is a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, built four stories tall with two surface parking lots. It includes many green features, such as all-electric construction and rooftop solar panels, with both the HVAC and hot water heating systems using heat pump technology - earning Crescent Grove a GreenPoint Platinum rating. The structure is four-story Type V construction on an on-grade slab foundation. Dawson Electric performed the installation of the Electrical, Fire Alarm, CCTV, and other low-voltage systems.

Mesa Terrace

Mesa Terrace is a 46-unit development located in the Almaden neighborhood of San Jose. Twenty-three units are set aside for Transition Aged Youth (TAY), while the remaining units are rented to families. The development includes an outdoor terrace on the second floor for residents, as well as a 1,000-square-foot community room on the ground floor for neighboring residents. Dawson Electric performed the installation of the Electrical, Fire Alarm, CCTV, and other low-voltage systems.

Civic Crossing

Civic Crossing is one of Walnut Creek's newest downtown projects. This 5-story, 93-unit apartment complex will be located close to BART, the Iron Horse Trail, and a number of other transit options. This project features 4 stories of wood-frame construction over 1 story of post-tension podium deck. The first floor will feature parking spaces with EV chargers and a 1,200-square-foot community-serving commercial space.
